Brandon Locatell

Hi, I’m Brandon Locatell — personal trainer, strength coach, and founder of The Strength Laboratory.

My purpose has always been simple: to teach my clients proper resistance training technique, nutrition, cardio conditioning, and smart program design — and to support them in making health and fitness a permanent lifestyle change.

I help my clients achieve lasting results by creating personalized workout programs based on their unique needs and abilities. I believe fitness is never a one-size-fits-all journey. That’s why I constantly update programs with strategic progressions and changes to help clients avoid plateaus and reach their goals faster and more efficiently.

My specialty is fat loss and healthy weight management. Over a decade ago, I lost 120 pounds myself — and since then, I’ve helped countless others do the same. I’ve collected thousands of before-and-after success stories over the years. Chances are, you’ve already heard about my work — or even know someone who has trained with me!

In the last two years, I’ve collaborated with Danish Exercise Scientist Karsten Jensen to co-author a groundbreaking program. This one-of-a-kind system shows men and women in their 40s–60s how to build the maximum amount of muscle in the minimum amount of time.
