What Is a Longevity Assessment?

Most people have no idea how their body is actually aging. You might feel fine, but feeling fine and being strong, mobile, and built to stay independent are not the same thing. That’s the gap the Longevity Assessment was built to close.

The Longevity Assessment is a simple, in-gym evaluation we start every member with at The Strength Laboratory in La Habra. It measures six key biomarkers of how your body is aging — things like strength, balance, and body composition — and turns them into one clear longevity score along with an estimated biological age. In other words, it tells you whether your body is older or younger than the number on your birth certificate.

Why does this matter, especially for adults 40 to 70? Because the things that quietly steal your independence as you age — losing muscle, losing balance, losing strength — are measurable long before they become a problem. When you can see them in a number, you can do something about them. And strength training is one of the most powerful tools we have to turn those numbers around.

Once we have your score, we build your exact training plan around it, then re-test over time so you can watch your numbers improve. It’s not guesswork and it’s not a generic program. It’s a clear starting line and a clear way to measure progress, so you always know it’s working.

The best part: your first Longevity Assessment is completely free. If you’ve ever wondered where you really stand, this is how you find out. Come see for yourself at 645 S. Beach Blvd in La Habra, or call (562) 245-6460 to get started.
